1. Deliveries
- Order Processing: We strive to process orders within 3 working days of receiving them.
- Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 7 working days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout at additional fees.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across the entire United Kingdom and Europe.
2. Returns
- Return Window: You may return most new, unopened purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in unused and resalable condition.
- Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
